1. FPT'26 / FPL'26 LLM4HLS Track A - Reference Agent & Evaluation Harness
===============================================================================
Location:  contest/fpt26-harness/
Source: Provided by the FPT'26 Design Competition Organizing Committee as
           part of the Track A (LLM4HLS Agent) task package.
Copyright: (c) FPT'26 Design Competition Organizing Committee
License: No explicit license file was distributed with the harness. The
           harness README states it is "an example implementation of the Track
           A reference agent and evaluation harness" and that "competitors are
           free to implement their own agent and evaluation harness." It is
           used here in good faith as the official evaluation interface
           required by the contest, unmodified in its core logic.
Note: This is a fork of the official harness, kept verbatim per the contest
           requirement that the evaluation interface remain locked to in-process
           Python calls. Any modifications are limited to packaging (sys.path
           injection in entry scripts) and do not alter evaluation logic. The
           harness source and benchmark task packages (.cpp/.h/.toml) are
           included because the agent imports them at runtime.

2. FPL'26 Reference DCP Optimizer (Track B)
===============================================================================
Location: contest/fpl26_reference/ (source code only; rule docs excluded)
Source: FPL'26 Agentic FPGA Contest reference materials.
Copyright: (c) FPL'26 Contest Organizers
License: No explicit license distributed. The Python source files
           (dcp_optimizer.py, validate_dcps.py) and SYSTEM_PROMPT.txt are
           retained as reference material. The accompanying rule/FAQ markdown
           files were excluded from this open-source release.

4. Python packages (installed at runtime, not vendored)
===============================================================================
The following third-party Python packages are installed at runtime (via pip in
the Dockerfile or in the development venv). They are NOT bundled in this
repository; only their names and versions are declared here for attribution.

  textual (0.86.2)    - MIT License     - https://github.com/Textualize/textual
  rich (13.9.4)        - MIT License     - https://github.com/Textualize/rich

===============================================================================
5. AMD Vitis HLS 2025.2
===============================================================================
Vitis HLS is a proprietary EDA tool from AMD/Xilinx. It is NOT included in this
repository or the Docker image (license-bound, ~92 GB). It is bind-mounted from
the host at runtime. See AMD's license terms at:
  https://www.amd.com/en/products/software/adaptive-socs-and-fpgas/vitis/vitis-hls.html

===============================================================================
6. Contest rule documents (excluded from this repository)
===============================================================================
Status: NOT included in this open-source repository. The following rule/
           guideline materials were removed from the open-source release:
             - contest/*.docx (submission guidelines Track-A / Track-B)
             - contest/*.html (competition page, submission repo, AMD article,
               Vitis HLS user guide)
             - contest/*.jpg (contest overview, call-for-design images)
             - contest/*.md  (FPL26 contest README, optimization example,
               runtime notes, 选题要求)
             - contest/fpt26-harness.zip (original harness archive)
             - contest/fpl26_reference/*.md (FAQ, benchmarks, details, score)

Note: These are rule interpretations and guideline documents used during
           development, not required to run the agent. The official evaluation
           harness source code and benchmark tasks are retained (see item 1).
